- Scan your photo passports and send them to sales@vietfuntravel.com
- Provide your departure date to Vietnam.
- Provide your email address where we will send your approval letter to.
- After 2 working days (except Saturday and Sunday), a completed approval letter and a form on arrival will be sent to your email. To avoid wasting time, you should fill in the form in advance.
- Print out the approval letter and the form on arrival for getting visa upon arrival at one of these airports: Tan San Nhat, Danang, Noi Bai
- You should prepare your own cash for paying stamp fee (45usd/pax) at the airport
- 2 passport size photos (4x6cm)
- When you arrive at the airport of Vietnam, you will see "LANDING VISA" counter before you check out, coming to the "Landing visa" counter, show the pre-approved letter for checking on the system then wait for your visa stamped on your passport.
- We accept bookings 7 days before your departure date.
- Free visa on arrival programe is applied from January 6 to March 15, 2015.
- FREE Visa On Arrival is only applied for airway entry, but NOT applied for landway or seaway entry.
