Shang (Chang?) was a great and friendly guide. I loved seeing the everyday life of the people and especially enjoyed the river boat even though it was pouring rain! They came through really well with my vegetarian meal- lots of good tofu and even special soup for me. However, we probably could have done with less hammock time afterwards as we were at the lunch place for about an hour! I'd rather have fit in another stop.

Nice people and a good tour. It was my second time going in 2 years. Well with the money, and it is nice to get out of the city.

The tour was great! Enjoyed honey tea and tropical fruit stop the most. We do not expect much for lunch as we know that the company do not cater for Muslim (Halal) food. So, we are content with having just vegetarian lunch. The tour guide was also great, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained a lot about Vietnam and shared some interesting stats and facts about Vietnam population and the people. He cared to ensure that we understand him. :)

An interesting tour. The staff were friendly and efficient, and kept us well-informed of what to expect along the way. The Mekong delta is very tropical and hot, and the people live in very poor circumstances, so you should adjust your expectations to this. The lunch was very basic but adequate.

The guide was very friendly and helpful. He did try to explain the customs/traditions of Vietnam as we went along the tour. The tour along Mekong was interesting and an eye-opener. However, at the end of the boat rowing, we were obliged to give tips to the locals. Lunch was pretty simple and bland but the tour guide did explained beforehand that the portion is small and that if we want more dishes, it will be at our own expenses. Visited the honey tea, coconut candies making, fruit plantation accompanied with locals performing traditional music etc. The tour is good .
