DAY 1: ARRIVAL ON SAIGON - VIETNAM ESCORTED TOURS (DINNER)

• Arrive at Saigon Airport where you will meet your guide and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
• Have BBQ dinner.
• Overnight in Saigon.

DAY 2: SAIGON – MEKONG TOUR (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

• 8:00am, travel by air con tourist bus to My Tho – 9:30 AM, board a wooden motor boat to Unicorn Island. On this boat along the river’s bank, you’ll be passing through natural creeks, quiet villages and watch rural people going to work. You will see an interesting fishermen's port, stilt houses (half on land, half on water). One of the boat’s stops during this trip is at a large orchard that has many different types of tasty tropical fruits for your enjoyments.
• Another boat stop is for the Turtle Island 1 hr from the previous one. Here, on a small row boat, you’ll see interesting transportation modes that local people use to move around. From there, we’ll take you to a bee farm where you have a chance to taste a tasteful cup of authentic honey tea while checking out the folk music that is typical to only the people in Southern Vietnam. After that we’ll take you to a village where you can smell the flavor of coconut candies being made many yards away. This is a great chance to witness how village people make candy and handcrafted items from coconuts. You might learn that those people can amazingly make dozens of useful products out of coconut trees.
• As your journey ends, you will return to My Tho by motorized boat and then travel to Can Tho. Overnight in Can Tho.

DAY 3: CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET – SAIGON (BREAKFAST/LUNCH)

• After breakfast at hotel, boarding a motor boat for a long distance trip to discover the area's largest marketplace...on water! Then cruising through small channels to visit a rice noodle making village, a large rice mill. Experience the “monkey Bridge "in the Delta.
• After that, we have lunch at the local restaraunt before returning to Ho Chi Minh City at 06.00pm - 07.00pm.

DAY 4: ONE DAY SAIGON TOUR (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

• 08.30am we will visit War Crime Museum (This museum tells the story of war from the Vietnamese perspective. Exhibits include photographs, machinery, and weapons that depict the harsh realities of war).
• Thien Hau Temple (One of the most important pagodas in the city, this richly decorated temple is dedicated to Thien Hau, the Goddess of the Sea and patron of sailors. She is said to travel over the oceans on a mat and ride the clouds to wherever she desires).

• China town (Settled in the late 18th century, this labyrinthine section of saigon bustles with restaurants, temples, exotic stores, and markets) and Binh Tay market (This is the main marketplace in China Town, where a great deal of wholesale trading occurs. Experience the commotion of this integral part of the city's daily business). Then we have a lunch at restaurant.
• Afternoon: We visit Reunification Hall which was the residence of the President Ngo Dinh Diem of the former South Vietnam until 1975 (1960s - Apr 1975s). You will see many interesting things: formal meeting rooms, private bedrooms, war situation rooms 10 meter beneath earth’s level.

• This address today still holds many important functions in Saigon. We have guide who speaks your language to tell you important historical facts about this building and some French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral (Located in the heart of the city, this cathedral was built by the French in the late 1877s. A large statue of the Virgin Mary greets you as you walk into this neo-Romanesque cathedral, adorned by two tall spires flanking either side).

• General Post Office (Designed by Gustav Eiffel, the Post Office is a testament to the French presence in the late 1800s. The look and feel of this grand building is like an elegant railway station).

• City Hall (Find out why this is one of the most photographed buildings in Ho Chi Minh City. Constructed in the early 1900s, City Hall is a beautiful example of French colonial architecture). Finish Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City Tour at 04.30 pm.
• 7.30pm: Dinner Cruise on Saigon River.

DAY 5: HALF DAY CU CHI TUNNELS – DANANG (BREAKFAST)

• 08.30am our guide picks you up from hotel and transfer to Cu Chi Tunnels. Excursion Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnels network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the struggle for independence. It took about 25 years to build this underground city, which has living rooms, kitchens, hospitals, weapon factories, storage facilities and command centre. The tunnel system was an excellent way for the Vietcong to move around the countryside undetected by the Americans and home to around 10,000 people who lived underground for several years.
• Before we go underground, we watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. We then drive directly to domestic airport flight to Danang at 16.00PM.
• Our guide & driver pick up from airport and transfer to hotel in Hoian.
• Overnight in Hoian.

DAY 6: HOI AN CITY ( BREAKFAST/LUNCH)

• This morning we join the reputed chefs at Red Bridge Restaurant in a quest for the freshest ingredients in Hoian central market, then a boat ride to the restaurant for a wonderful cooking class. We then have lunch with exactly what we prepared for lunch.
• In the afternoon we further explore Hoian, a charming and wonderfully preserved merchant town which retains Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and European influences from its unique and ancient history. We will explore its narrow lanes and historic architecture, calling at the colourful shop-houses for the unexpectedly good bargains of silk wares. A visit to the riverside display of the most typical crafts of Vietnam to conclude the day's touring.
• Stay overnight in Hoian.

DAY 7: HOLIDAYS IN HOIAN - HUE (BREAKFAST/DINNER)

• Overland to Hue–the first World Heritage site recognized by UNESCO in Vietnam (110 km). Admire beautiful landscapes on the road through the Hai Van Pass with panoramic views of clouds, the sea, and the mountains. Hue is a beautifully located City on the banks of the perfume River. As Vietnam's capital throughout the Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945), as a center of Vietnam Buddhism and scholarship and finally as the setting for some of Vietnam War’s most bloody fighting. Hue provides a unique Window into Vietnam and its complex past.
• Upon arrival at Hue, we will visit the impressive home of the Nguyen dynasty emperors - the Citadel, Thien Mu Pagoda. Much of the citadel was destroyed during the Offensive in 1968 but is gradually being restored then.
• To complete the day we enjoy a 'Royal style' Dinner in the evening.
• Transfer to hotel.

• Tu Duc Tomb (40 minutes).
• Conical Hat Making Village and Incense Making Village (20minutes).
• Kinh Van An Matial Art (30 minutes).

12.30pm: Back to Town for lunch.

• After lunch, 13.00pm we will transfer you to airport to flight to Hanoi at 14.20pm.

DAY 9: HA NOI CITY TOUR (BREAKFAST/LUNCH) 

• 08:30am Our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Then visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho's final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi . Continue to visit the Quan Thanh Temple (Taoist dating from the Ly Dynasty) and Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West lake (One of the oldest in Vietnam). Have a lunch at loval restaurant.
• PM: After lunch proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum continue to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam. Vietnam's first university constructed in 1070 it's gardens and well-preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam's past.  We will take you past Hoan Kiem Lake see the peaceful waters and visit Ngoc Son temple. For the end of the tour journey visit by coach trip along the Hanoi Old Quarter.  Free for shopping.
• Tour ends around at 15:30 (If you book Deluxe Tour, you will enjoy Water puppet show from 15:30 to 16:15, then back your hotel around at 16:45).
