Detail Itinerary for Scenic Tours Essence Of Vietnam From Saigon 10 Days 9 Nights
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN SAIGON (LUNCH/DINNER)
Our driver will pick you up from airport and transfer you to hotel.
Afternoon at 12.30pm - We pick you up from hotel and take you to restaurant for lunch.
13.15pm - 13.30pm: Visit Reunification Hallwhich was the residence of the President Ngo Dinh Diem of the former South Vietnam until 1975 (1960s - Apr 1975s). You will see many interesting things: formal meeting rooms, private bedrooms, war situation rooms 10 meter beneath earth’s level.
This address today still holds many important functions in Saigon. We have guide who speaks your language to tell you important historical facts about this building and some French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral(Located in the heart of the city, this cathedral was built by the French in the late 1877s. A large statue of the Virgin Mary greets you as you walk into this neo-Romanesque cathedral, adorned by two tall spires flanking either side).
General Post Office(Designed by Gustav Eiffel, the Post Office is a testament to the French presence in the late 1800s. The look and feel of this grand building is like an elegant railway station).
City Hall(Find out why this is one of the most photographed buildings in Saigon. Constructed in the early 1900s, City Hall is a beautiful example of French colonial architecture). Finish Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City Tour at 04.30 pm.
06.30pm: Watch water puppet show.
07.45pm: Dinner cruise.

DAY 2: SAI GON - MEKONG DELTA: MY THO – CAN THO (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
07.40am – 7.50am, our guide will pick you up from your hotel totake Mekong Delta 2 Days Tour travel by bus to My Tho.
9.30am - 10.00am, arrive in My Tho. Board a wooden motor boat (20 minutes) to Unicorn Island. On this boat along the river’s bank, you’ll be passing through natural creeks, interesting fisherman's port, stilt houses (half on land, half on water).
From there, we’ll take you to a bee farm where you have a chance to taste a tasteful cup of authentic honey tea. After that we walk around quiet villages and watch the life of rural people in Mekong Delta.
Things get small and personal now. We are divided into many groups and get on small row boats. During this 15 minutes trip, you’ll witness all kind of interesting transportation modes that local people use to move around, while enjoying the fresh air along the canal and beautiful water coconut tree scenery. Away from the city, that is it all about!
When you feel it's enough for the serenity, let's get back to the large motor boat for something different. You'll cruise a canal whose 2 long sides are orchards. After that, we cruise to a village where the sweat smell coconut candies are in the air. To satisfy your curiosity, we'll get to a village that has many small shops that make coconut candy and handcrafted items from coconut trees of Mekong Delta. You might learn that those people can amazingly make dozens of useful products out of coconut trees. It is indeed inseparable from the villagers' life.
Have a lunch at the restaurant.
One of the boat’s stops during this trip is at a seasonable orchard that has many different types of tasty tropical fruits for your enjoyments. You can enjoy the fruits for free while checking out the folk music that is typical to only the people in Southern Vietnam.
As your journey ends, you will return to My Tho by motorized boat and then travel to Can Tho.

DAY 3: CAN THO - CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET - SAI GON (BREAKFAST/LUNCH)
After breakfast, around 7:15 am, we board a boat and travel for about 40 minutes to get to our first spectacular landscape ---- Cai Rang floating market...
This is the largest of its type in the whole Mekong delta. During this visit, you'll have a chance to board a merchant boat that sells pineapples which come from Can Tho City.
After that, we continue on our riverine route for 5-7 minutes and then on foot for about 5 minutes to reach a noodle and a rice paper factories.
The next stop is a rice processing factory where you'll learn the many steps that transform "rice with a brown cover" to the delicious and beautiful rice grain that we consume daily.
The time now should be around 12 noon. Time for lunch! Let's go back to Can Tho for that.
We end our sightseeing trip at downtown Can Tho. On the way back to Saigon by bus, we'll have a stop at an interesting point to rest and also have photographs.

DAY 4: CAO DAI TEMPLE CU CHI TUNNEL (BREAKFAST/LUNCH)
8.45am - 09.00am our guide will pick you up from hotel. You then will start this trip to learn more about Cao Dai, take our tour to Tay Ninh - a province 95 kms South East of HCMC, close to Cambodia border. The Cao Dai Temple is like a Walt Disney fantasia of the East. Its exterior is decorated with multi-colored dragons of all shapes and sizes competing for space with a number of swastikas. Above the main entrance is the all-seeing holy eye, the symbol of the Cao Dai sect. The interior is just as engaging as statues of Jesus Christ, Buddha and the Hindu god, Brahma, stand side by side.
At about 13.00 pm, after lunch, will leave Tay Ninh and travel to Cu Chi. Once in Vietnam, you must visit this spot. This is where guerilla warfare optimized and exemplified. You’ll learn the clever design of the tunnels and the strategic use of trap doors. Even with B-52 bombers dropping 30-ton loads of explosive, turning the jungle into a pockmarked moonscape, 30 thousand American troops failed to conquered the area! You’ll have a chance to crawl around a portion of the 121 km long, multiple-layered tunnel. You’ll learn how thousands of guerillas managed to stay underground many days at a time, also their great technique to conceal smoke from their cooking. There’re a lot more to enjoy, even a chance to fire real AK bullets…

DAY 5: SAIGON – MUINE BEACH (BREAKFAST)
7.30am you will take taxi by yourself you our office to take bus to Muine. It takes 5 hours.
When you get there, you are free time on the beach. Stay overnight in Muine.

DAY 6: SUNSIRE MUI NE TOUR - SAI GON (BREAKFAST)
04.30am – Transport and English tour guide pick you up from your resort to visit Muine Beach. You will be fulfilled by the beautiful white sand dune. It is more romantic time for seeing the sunrise, slip on the sand.
Moreover, in the middle of the white sand dune there is Lotus Lake – lotus is one of the most famous flowers in Viet Nam. Not only visiting white sand dune, customers will have a chance to visit Yellow sand dune. From the top of the Yellow one, you can see all of the scenery of Mui Ne when you can discover the daily activities of the fishing farm. Then we will stop at the Fairy Stream where you can not miss in Mui Ne because of the really nice place.
After that, we will transfer you to resort around 10.00am.
1.15pm - 1.30pm bus will pick you up from resort and transfer to Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 8: HANOI – HOA LU TAM COC TOUR (BREAKFAST/LUNCH)
OPTION 1: HOA LU – TAM COC TOUR
07.45am – 08.15am. Our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater and start Hoa Lu – Tam Coc Tour 1 Day, then leave by coach to Hoa Lu (two and half hour).
Visit the historic capital of VietNam and the famous ancient temples of Le and The Dinh Dynasties.
Bus/private car transfer or cycle for an hour on picturesque quiet roads through villages rice fields rivers and rocky outcrops to Tam Coc (12km) for lunch.
PM: Boat trip to visit Tam Coc to see the beauty of the karst formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone.
Dive back to Ha Noi and drop off at your hotel around at 06.00pm. Finish Hoa Lu – Tam Coc 1 Day Tour.

Then you take rowboat trip on the Yen stream "romantic time" about 1 hour to Thien Tru harbour.
2 hours trekking up and down visit the main cave – Huong Tich cave considered as the most beautiful cave in VietNam, enjoy the view of Golden-Silver tree, rice stuck.... One hour down.
Have lunch at Bottom Mountain in restaurant beside.
After lunch time, you will see the Heaven Kitchen pagoda and to know about Buddhism ancient architectural at Le Dynasty.

18:30 Board back the cruise, take shower and relax on upper deck bar.
