Detail Itinerary for Tour Saigon - Mekong Delta - Danang - Hoian - Ba Na Hills - Hue - Phong Nha Cave - Saigon 10 Days 9 Nights

DAY 1: ARRIVAL ON SAIGON (DINNER)

• Our driver will pick you up from airport and transfer you to hotel.

• 06.00pm: Our driver will pick you up from hotel and transfer you to watch water puppet show.

• 07.45pm: Dinner cruise.

Included: Airport transfer, dinner on cruise, one Aquafina water bottle/pax, water puppet ticket and accommodation in Saigon.

Day 2: SAI GON - MY THO - CAN THO (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

• 07.45am: Mekong Delta tour from Ho Chi Minh 2 days - travel by coach to My Tho.

• 9:30am - 10.00am: Arrive in My Tho. Board a wooden motor boat (20 minutes) to Unicorn Island. On this boat along the river’s bank, you’ll be passing through natural creeks, interesting fisherman's port; stilt houses (half on land, half on water).

• From there, we’ll take you to a bee farm where you have a chance to taste a tasteful cup of authentic honey tea. After that we walk around quiet villages and watch the life of rural people in Mekong Delta.

• Things get small and personal now. We are divided into many groups (if you take group tour) and get on small row boats. During this 15 minutes trip, you’ll witness all kind of interesting transportation modes that local people use to move around, while enjoying the fresh air along the canal and beautiful water coconut tree scenery. Away from the city, that is it all about!

• When you feel it's enough for the serenity, let's get back to the large motor boat for something different. You'll cruise a canal whose 2 long sides are orchards (seasonable orchards). After that, we cruise to a village where the sweat smell coconut candies are in the air. To satisfy your curiosity, we'll get to a village that has many small shops that make coconut candy and handcrafted items from coconut trees of Mekong Delta.  You might learn that those people can amazingly make dozens of useful products out of coconut trees. It is indeed inseparable from the villagers' life.

• Now let's have a lunch the restaurant.

• One of the boat’s stops during this trip is at a seasonable orchard that has many different types of tasty tropical fruits for your enjoyments. You can enjoy the fruits for free while checking out the folk music that is typical to only the people in Southern Vietnam.

•  As your journey ends, you will return to My Tho by motorized boat and then travel to Can Tho.

• Check-in hotel and stay overnight in Can Tho.

Day 3: CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET - SAIGON (BREAKFAST/LUNCH)

• After breakfast, around 07.00 am, we board a boat and travel for about 40 minutes to get to our first spectacular landscape Cai Rang floating market...

• This is the largest of its type in the whole Mekong delta. During this visit, you'll have a chance to board a merchant boat that sells pineapples which come from Can Tho City.

• After that, we continue on our riverine route for 5-7 minutes and then on foot for about 5 minutes to reach a noodle and a rice paper factories.

• The next stop is a rice processing factory where you'll learn the many steps that transform "rice with a brown cover" to the delicious and beautiful rice grain that we consume daily.

• The time now should be around 12 noon. Time for lunch! Let's go back to Can Tho for that.

• We end our sightseeing trip at downtown Can Tho.  On the way back to Saigon by private transport, we'll have a stop at an interesting point to rest and also have photographs.

• The stop will be brief, ensuring that we come back to Saigon before 7.00 PM.

• Stay at hotel in Saigon.

Day 4: SAIGON - DA NANG - SON TRA PENISULA - SUNWHEEL (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

•  Our driver will transfer you to the airport from hotel and flight to Danang

• Arrive in Danang, we will pick-up from airport and transfer to restaurant for lunch - enjoying the Danang local food and check-in 3 star hotel.

• Passing by Thuan Phuoc Bridge to visit Son Tra peninsula , so-called Monkey Mountain. Moving around the peninsula to enjoy the scene of whole city. Visit Linh Ung Pagoda and swimming at My Khe beach - classified as one of the most attractive beaches on the earth.

• Have dinner. Experience in SUN WHEEL – One of the top highest wheels in the world (Sun-wheel ticket excluded)

Day 5: BUDDHIST CULTURAL MUSEUM - STONE SCULPTURE VILLAGE - HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

• Have breakfast. Passing by Dragon Bridge to visit “The Bridge of Love” and the stone statue named “The Carp transforming to a Dragon”. Visit Buddhist Cultural Museum - exhibits around 200 valuable Buddhist antiques which have been on display at the Avalokitecvara Pagoda since 1957 and Non Nuoc Stone Sculpture Village is located in Hoa Hai ward. Shopping at Local specializes Central Gift specializes in gift & souvenirs about Da Nang city.

• Have lunch at restaurant.

• Move to the Ancient town of Hoi an. Take a walking tour around the ancient places: charming and wonderfully preserved, combine with Chinese, Japanese and European influences.

• Transfer back to Da Nang and Have Dinner. Free enjoy boat trip along Han River to view the city at night (excluded).

Day 6: BA NA HILLS - HUE CITY: KHAI DINH MAUSOLEUM (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

• Have breakfast and check-out. Leaving Da Nang for Ba Na Hills - well-known as the second Da Lat or Sa Pa in the Central of Viet Nam with the longest telpher (6000m) in the world.  Visit the Le Jardin, old wineries, remains of French Villas and Linh Ung pagoda with 27m high Buddha statue.

• Visit The Golden Bridge - The shimmering structure emerges from the trees of Thien Thai garden in Ba Na Hills. Set more than 1,400m above sea level, the bridge incorporates eight spans and extends 150m-long. The bridge is supported by giant hands. Visitors will really feel like stepping into paradise when they walk on the bridge.

• Leave Le Jardin for the second cable car station to visit the top of mountain and see the remains of old villas. Freely. Conquer the Peak of Chua mountain at the height of 1,487m. View the whole Da nang city under the cluster of white clouds. Enjoying games at Fantasy Park (excluded). Return to cable car station at the foot of Ba Na mountain.

•  Have lunch at restaurant.

•  Leaving Da Nang for the imperial capital of Hue, through Hai Van tunnel, take a picture in  Lang Co fishing village. Visit to Khai Dinh Tomb - the result of the interminglement of many architectural trends: European and Asian, the combination between ancient and modern.

• Check in the 4 star hotel.

• Have dinner with Hue local food at restaurant. Night boat trip on Perfume river with Hue Folk songs performance. Over night in Hue.

Day 7 – 10 June 2017: HUE - LA VANG CHURCH - PHONG NHA CAVE (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

• Have early breakfast. After that, move to the National park of Phong Nha – Ke Bang - classified as the world heritage site. Through the “Horror Highway”, stop over at La Vang church.

• Have lunch at restaurant.

• Take a boat trip on Son river to visit Phong Nha cave. Transfer back to Hue on the Ho Chi Minh trail.

•  Have dinner. Free at leisure, stay overnight in Hue.

Day 8: IMPERIAL CITADEL – SAIGON (BREAKFAST/LUNCH)

• Breakfast and check-out. Visit to the Imperial Citadel - once the seat of the Emperors of the powerful Nguyen Dynasty that ruled Vietnam from approximately 1802 to 1945. Visit the tranquil pagoda named Goddess-heavenly pagoda.

• Have Lunch at restaurant.

• Then our driver transfers you to airport to flight to Saigon.

• Arrive in Saigon, we transfer you to hotel and overnight.

Day 9: TRAVEL TO CU CHI TUNNELS (BREAKFAST)

• At 8.30am - 8.50am, air con tourist bus and guide will pick you up at hotel travel to Cu Chi Tunnels for half day, an underground tunnels network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the struggle for independence. It took about 25 years to build this underground city, which has living rooms, kitchens, hospitals, weapon factories, storage facilities and command centre. The tunnel system was an excellent way for the Vietcong to move around the countryside undetected by the Americans and home to around 10,000 people who lived underground for several years.

• Before we go underground, we watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. We then drive back to Ho Chi Minh City around 3pm.

• Free time for shopping and stay overnight in Saigon.
