Cho Quan Church 



Cho Quan Church is the oldest catholic church in Ho Chi Minh City, with solemn, magnificient and unique architecture. It has been inaugurated in 1896 with many attentions of the residents. The Cho Quan church is decorated with the Gothic style (France) with the pointed dome and the large bell tower.

From the top of the bell tower, tourists can observe the whole view of a part of the city, especially, when the bell is rung, it features the sound of peace and tranquillity. Cha Tam Church 



Cha Tam church is commonly known as ST. Francis Xavier Parish Saigon, it is the old contruction, built in 1900 and completed in 1902. Many people consider that this church is the sole construction with the taste of Chinese culture in Ho Chi Minh City. If you have wondered about the name, which is in Vietnamese: “Father Tam”- the priest Pierre d 'Assou, who led the construction of the church and also was the first priest, so the church has been named after him.

In general, the church has Gothique architecture, like other churches in Europe, but Chinese cultural still exist in the vast of the architecture, including the name written in kanji, tiled roof, the curve sword, the two sides cross. On the roof of the church is lotus, two painting scrolls on both sides are also written in kanji, four main pillars are in red - the color is not common in the Catholic church. Tan Dinh Church



Along with Notre Dame Cathedral, Tan Dinh Church is also the large construction in Ho Chi Minh City. It was built in 1870 and completed in 1876.
